Homeroom 9B - Baseball Academy
Hello Falcons! My name is Joe Sergent and I grew up in Manteca, California. I played baseball all my life and was lucky enough to get drafted to the Florida Marlins as a pitcher. After playing for 4 different organizations over a 12 year professional career, I pursued my career into education and graduated from University of Calgary in 2019. I will be going into my sixth year here at George Freeman School and truly believe that establishing healthy relationships between staff and students can translate into maximizing inclusive learning for all in the classroom. When I am not teaching, you can find me on the baseball field in the summer.
